Question 4:) Why do you want to be a staff member? [125 words minimum]

I am wanting to become a Staff member as I have been looking for somewhere in Garry's Mod to call home for awhile, more specifically a Fallout server due to my interest in the franchise and possibilities the game mode can bring. Making those scenarios you think of ingame, reality. Being able to be part of the Factions to your own extent and interact with others. I think this community seems like a decent place to call home like I say, due to the professionalism i've seen so far, and the prospects of it, I have seen Bata doing reputable work in Scripting etc and know this place has a good future, and it is already off to a great start. 

I love helping people out where I can in gaming communities whether it be technical problems and figuring them out, or discussing situations between players and coming to a resolution, keeping things in check etc. I get a feel good factor from knowing i've done my bit to help or keep things clean. I'm hoping to be a good part of this communities future journey and be part of it's success. I am willing to help with any documents, rule discussions etc anything that could do with staff involvement.

 

Question 5:) Please describe in full detail any previous staff experience that you may have.

I have been staff in many communities before, majority of them in Arma 3 or FiveM. I have ran my own community in both of them games and done fairly well with them but ultimately the same stuff for 10 years or so makes you want abit more or seek a change. I dealt with Operations management like organising dev work load etc, sourcing out and deciding new staff. But enough about my own responsibilities in my own place. I have been most roles from a general Support member, to a Senior admin, dealing with Player reports, player situations where at times you have people literally screaming at one another and either calm it down or deal with the main offender and the other person fairly and to how it is supposed to be done. As well as checking logs via web or ingame panels, and doing background checks and also compensation requests.

I also am part of the Recruitment & Training team for a Arma 3 milsim so do alot of admin / documentation and checking work for them, alot of talking to people and going off of docs and organising things.

 

Question 6:) What do you intend on bringing to the table?
A positive attitude with a good outlook on things and always a willingness to do well and do my bit like I said. I want this community to do well, and part of that is having staff who want it to do well and help! 

Question 7:) How often do you play on Sanctum?

Everyday near enough, especially now adays it's back up i'm tryna get my hours in etc and be involved!

General stuff like RDM, No Racism etc, but also Fear RP, not abusing PAC3, don't break NLR. General standard stuff, but I am also aware of the Raid / Ambush and War situation stuff as well.

I would just like to add, due to me not playing that much of the FalloutRP game mode, I think I would be an even better fit as I have no previous connections of anyone here and I am unbias in decision making regarding factions etc. I am a good level headed person always willing to see everything from any angle and am mature with compromising where it's needed.
