Fallout : Wildlands Faction Ruleset

(New California Republic)
- Can Perform Temporary PKs against factions whom you have hostilities stated in your #standing channel.
(Has to be sent to NCR:CF.)

- A minimum rank of CPL must be achieved before energy weapons and salvaged power armor can be used.

- ONLY THE NCR HAS ACCESS TO THE EMBASSY VERTIBIRD. (PUNISHABLE BY KICK/BAN IF ABUSED)

(Caesar's Legion)

- Can CK through crucifixion.
(Must be crucified for a time of five minutes, after that point their character will be deleted, MUST have an CK reason.)

- Can kidnap and take any chems/chem ingredients off of any person.
(Including their own members.)

- The only core faction that CAN enslave characters.

- A minimum rank of Prime Legionary must be achieved before energy weapons can be used.
(Energy Weapons are specified through their categories.)

- Caesar's Legion is the only faction other than the Fiends who are able to mug wastelanders and vault dwellers, the following factions are not permitted to mug wastelanders: (Brotherhood of Steel, Enclave, NCR, VG, GR, CC, FoA, The Shi., MEF)

 

(Brotherhood of Steel)

- Can buy energy weapons and scrap electronics and salvage them.

- Highest initial technology comparatively to the other three core factions.

- Must be the rank of Junior Knight before Power Armor can be attained.

- The ONLY faction that active research projects can be a point of negotiation for war demands.

(Meaning: Other factions can request a SINGLE research project to be converted into a research item equivalent.)

(The Enclave)

- Faction members CANNOT defect once a born-in character is made in the Enclave.
(Born-in characters are the only method that Enclave can recruit.)

- The Enclave is the ONLY faction that does not have rank-locked items.
(NOTE: ITEMS ARE RATHER TIME-LOCKED: 5 DAYSFROM THE POINT OF RECRUITMENT.)

- The Enclave is not capable of being allied to or allying to any factions, this includes alliances, one off raid assists, war assists, etc.
