Question 4:) Why are you applying for the position? What is your philosophy?

I want to become Legatus because I deeply care for Legion and it is truly everything to me on the server. Recently, Legion hasn't been up to its full potential and I wish to change this. I wish to bring glory back to the Legion when it was a feared force to fight. Whether the Legion is within a state of glory of despair, I will continue to lead relentlessly for the further betterment of the Legion

Question 5:) What will you change about the Legion? How will you run it effectively? How could the Legion benefit from your leadership?

When I become the Legatus, I plan to lead the Legion out of this state by fixing the Legions biggest issues. Recently, Legion has not been active around the wastes, the leadership has been absent and there has been a lack of basic Legionaries. Throughout this last week, Legion has only gained a total of 9 recruits, some of which might not even be active. I want to lead a massive recruiting campaign to further fill in our ranks, but just recruiting will not solve the problem. The Legion can get recruits, but sometimes we cant keep them. I wish to organize weekly events such as trainings, tournaments, and promotion ceremonies. Once there is a sufficient amount of Legionnaires, the other problems can be addressed. Currently Contuberniums and some divisions aren't as efficient like they're supposed to be, so I plan on removing Contuberniums temporarily until the divisions are strong once again. I will work on the weaker division by going over their current problems and reviewing what role they play within the Legion. When these problems are solved it will remedy the biggest problem which is inactivity.

Question 6:) How active do you intend on being? can you remain that active consistently? How would you do so?
Very Active.

Question 7:) A faction has stolen Legion Equipment, how would you approach reclaiming it?
I believe the man should be put on the cross and burnt! After its been reclaimed.

Question 8:) The Legion is in a war with another faction, how would you handle negotiations if you won, communications in the Legion, what sort of tactics would you have?

If the Legion were to emerge victorious in a war with another faction, it would be important to have a clear strategy for negotiating a peace settlement. One key factor in negotiations would be to understand the other faction's motivations, interests, and priorities, and to look for areas of common ground where a compromise might be possible. It would also be important to establish trust and build rapport with the other side, and to communicate clearly and honestly throughout the negotiation process.

In terms of communication within the Legion itself, it would be important to establish clear lines of authority and communication channels, so that information can flow efficiently and decisions can be made quickly. It would also be important to foster a culture of accountability and transparency, where individuals are held responsible for their actions and decisions are made based on facts and evidence rather than personal biases or emotions.

In terms of tactics, the Legion's focus on discipline and strength would likely inform their approach to warfare. This could involve strategies such as surprise attacks, flanking maneuvers, and overwhelming force, as well as tactics designed to intimidate or demoralize the enemy. It would also be important to prioritize the safety and well-being of the Legion's own soldiers, while minimizing civilian casualties and collateral damage.

Question 1:) What is your in-game name | character's name

Intestina

Question 2:)  What is your steam profile and SteamID?
STEAM_0:1:86097195 | https://steamcommunity.com/id/irradiatedcum/

Question 3:) What is your DiscordID
᲼᲼᲼᲼᲼᲼᲼᲼᲼᲼᲼#4876 ( its blank name i just go by rot on the main server )

Question 4:) Why are you applying for the position? What is your philosophy?
Why am i applying?, its pretty simple. I want to be the first person to start the legion on Sanctum and make sure it starts on the correct path for later dates, im always very dedicated on trying to setup the success from the beginning, and making sure its ready to be run perfectly by whoever comes around later. My philosophy with legion is sticking to its tribal roots, never straying far behind that, and keeping Pax Romana rules in place and making sure they arent broken. Legion runs off the pseudo Rome, blood lust gladiators willing to fight to the death to inact the will of Caesar and the word of Mars. Legions entire ideology in the game and in multiple servers is that Mars brought the Holy Fire down on the wasteland and its the legions job as a faction is to unify the wasteland under one rule, Caesars Rule , conquering its tribes and people and eliminating everyone who stands in its way by enforcing Pax Romana, Roman Peace.

Pax Romana Rules are as follows

PAX ROMANA

Question 5:) What will you change about the Legion? How will you run it effectively? How could the Legion benefit from your leadership?
The server needs a good first leader for a new faction, and im willing to be that. I Have the experience needed to lead it to success no matter what new leader comes in. When it comes to dedication im probably the best person for that, i want the server to thrive and im willing to put a majority of my time into the server to increase the chance of Sanctum thriving even higher. Legion will benefit from my leadership under the simple concept, im a person of freedom, i want people to be able to form there own RP and Groups inside of my faction, and allowing Legion to work under the freedom of leadership, not having to rely on the Legatus to get on for Legion to be active and actually setting out and doing Goals for that day.

Question 6:) How active do you intend on being? can you remain that active consistently? How would you do so?
I can be active every day past 5 o clock, my schedule never changes because all i do is work come home and play, so that consistency in my activity will always stay.

Question 7:) A faction has stolen Legion Equipment, how would you approach reclaiming it?
First off, the person who lost the equipment would be crucified  and burned, secondly I would reach out to the faction or persons who stole it and explain them the consequences of keeping it and offering caps in return for the equipment back, if that fails I would begin an operation of harassment towards that faction, i would start off by sending my frumentarri in groups to stop them from completing goals set for that day, i would then begin focusing on capturing there troopers and crucifying them, putting them to slave work, or making them fight against there own, and finally after all else fails i would begin a conquest on there territory, by constantly raiding them giving them no break. This Inacts a sense of pressure towards the faction, A faction big as the legion fighting them everyday and stopping them from doing basic tasks will begin to drain the motivation from there troopers, hopefully at the end they will supply the equipment back.

Question 8:) The Legion is in a war with another faction, how would you handle negotiations if you won, communications in the Legion, what sort of tactics would you have?
If I won a War, my first negations is having the head of the opposing leader, Legion believes in strength and never losing, losing something as big as a war is a disgrace to there faction and to the wasteland as a whole, if they refuse to give the head of there pathetic leader I would ask for a sum of Bottle Caps to recoup the loses made from the war, The Communications in war will be serious and everyone will be focused on solely pushing towards there base, we will focus on setting up Fireteams, Fireteam leaders, and an Actual Element. Actual Elements will focus on giving orders to the FTL's during the War making sure each of them have an objective, and FTL's will make sure that order is enacted perfectly. having squads of people pushing all at once from all angles can break an enemies will and break there main line of defense, Wars need to be efficient and fast, there is no reason it should last more then 30 minutes, after the 30 minutes people begin to feel drained and that's not what i want

Caesar (but I can change my name If needs be)

Question 2:)  What is your steam profile and SteamID?
SteamID: STEAM_0:1:185668757
Steam Profile Link:https://steamcommunity.com/id/Japanisamazing/

Question 3:) What is your DiscordID:
_Hawk_#4318

Question 4:) Why are you applying for the position? What is your philosophy?
I am applying to become the leader of the Legion is because I am passionate about putting the Legion on a straight path as soon as its within the wasteland and I believe that I can make a meaningful contribution to the community if I do so. My philosophy within the Legion is centered on three key principles: Honor, Loyalty and Service within the Legion, making it as great as possible with my leadership skills and leadership knowledge.

Question 5:) What will you change about the Legion? How will you run it effectively? How could the Legion benefit from your leadership?
Running the Legion effectively requires a combination of strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to the Legion what I believe I have I can be on for more then 30 hour a week so you will benefit from me being a active leader along side with my serious roleplay skills and knowledge of the faction as well. At the start I will change nothing of the Legion I will run it as the best I can and as I see fit unless I see that changes are needed.

Question 6:) How active do you intend on being? can you remain that active consistently? How would you do so?
I can be on mostly everyday for like 10+ hours depending what I'm doing on the day's but I'd be active for more the 30+ hours a week. (Maybe more)

Question 7:) A faction has stolen Legion Equipment, how would you approach reclaiming it?
If a faction has stolen Legion equipment, it is essential that we take immediate action to reclaim it and prevent any further harm with our equipment. I would try and gather Information on the faction that has stolen the equipment and mobilize all resources while doing so after I have gathered all information and have everything set I'd try and recover the stolen equipment as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Question 8:) The Legion is in a war with another faction, how would you handle negotiations if you won, communications in the Legion, what sort of tactics would you have?
I would negotiate with the other faction on claiming some sort of weapons, materials, supplies and Caps depending on what I want/wish for at the time (If I could have it my way there head). losing is not a option for the Legion at all. All communications In the Legion will be serious and direct.
