What do you know about the Shi :
Formed from the ancestors of a Chinese Submarine after the Great War, they tend to stay out of Wasteland politics and influence the area around them. They are advanced researchers and develop several break throughs in power armour, nuclear power and combustion fuel sources. The Shi guard is the fighting force of the Shi, which is small but still quite effective with technology able to surpass the Brotherhood of Steel.

Describe your character and their background :
Jin Jie is a regular Chinaman in the wasteland, growing up to two Chinese parents, he migrated to Redding with small detachment of Shi to gain a foothold in the Mojave region. A cool tempered man, he speaks in idioms and philosophy, referring to Confucius and Sun Tzu; as well as Mao Tsu Tsung, and other Chinese political commentators to reflect on real life. 

What negative and positive traits does your character have :
He is a very calm and relaxed individual, usually last to the draw. Reliant on the past, he seeks to spread his wisdom to the wastes and his fellow shi, as annoying as it is. He is found to be very frolic, often dancing around a question or situation for a more subtle approach, in which he usually succeed.

Chinese remnant group from san Francisco, controlling a lot of the territory around the area.

Describe your character and their background :

Bao "buk buk" is not, a chinese man. Buk Buk is a descendant of a tiny group of vietnamese soldiers, who joined the PLA during the dire situation of anchorage. Despite him sounding a little funny, hence earning him the name "Buk Buk" due to the ridicule he received for his native tongue, he is a generally accepted member of the Shi, if not a little strange.


What negative and positive traits does your character have :

Bao isn't the smartest, nor really the best at anything. He makes up for this with his blind loyalty and a strange sense of literality that seems to help him out more often than not.

I'm MEH at combat but make up it by having far too much free time on my hand and enjoy doing research. Roleplay is where I'd say I excel. Also I'm a CGC refugee please help 

What do you know about the Shi : They are a faction first introduced in Fallout 2 as ancestors of an old Chinese submarine which docked at the harbor of San Francisco who now play as a major power in the region. Being a reclusive society of researchers with the most advanced technology in the pre-war United States

Describe your character and their background :
Lazlo, Being born within the heart of the Shi empire in San Francisco his parents were both well respected researchers within their respected branches, leading to a luxurious life within the submarine, obtaining the best education the empire can provide. Wishing to give back to the emperor who had given him so much he volunteered for the R&D division for the Mojave branch.

What negative and positive traits does your character have :
Lazlo, due to his high society upbringing does have a snob mentality, wishing for nothing but royal like living conditions. All other societies pale in comparison to the Shi Empire, an opinion he openly voices to those around him. He is known to be loyal and friendly to all those within the Empire and her allies. Finally he dislikes combat in any capacity, wishing to contribute through his scientific achievements

I’m not braindead, I can follow orders, if needed I can no life something if I have an interest in it

What do you know about the Shi:
From my memory they were first introduced in fallout 2 and were specifically located in San Francisco. They are the remnants of the Chinese Navy that left their submarine after it got beached, and they stayed in San Francisco since the architecture of little China town was familiar to them. They typically stay out of wasteland affairs unless a certain groups threatens their interests, like the hubologists or even assisting you in getting to the oil rig since the enclave directly threaten The Shi.

Describe your character and their background:
Jia Hao had an exceptional childhood, typically getting anything he asked for since his family had a bit more wealth than others. Jia at a young age took an interests in assembling guns and fixing armor sets so that his glorious civilization could either expand or defend themselves if needed. Jia typically stayed out of combat but he knew how to fight just in case the glorious Shi needed an extra man to fight on the battlefield. Jia loved working in San Francisco, since it was all he really knew and everyone he knew and cared about lived there, but one day his supervisor informed him that he would be getting deployed to the Mojave territories in order to help the R&D department in their conquest of the Mojave territories. Jia sighed, but at the same time felt a little joy since he would be directly helping The Shi in their territorial conquest, just like he always wanted, but at the same time he would rather stay in Shi territory. He bit his tongue as to not make a scene about getting deployed and awaited his supervisors orders to get sent on his voyage to the Mojave Territories.

What negative and positive traits does your character have:
His positive traits is that he is loyal to the Shi through and through and will work for them until his very last breath, but his negative would be he may often complain about the Mojave and it’s terrible weather or instability, maybe even questioning why they are there in the first place since it seemed like a shithole.
