Why do you want to apply for a position on the Sanctum staff team?
Honestly I wanna help with actually taking tickets, help running staff aswell as being pretty strict on actually taking tickets and rules in general. Not to mention the Fallout setting has always captured my imagination so I wouldnt mind doing events too. Exploring the desolate wastelands like a true chad, engaging in thrilling quests, and interacting with a vibrant community of like-minded players is something I find incredibly exciting. I'm eager to contribute to the ongoing development and growth of Sanctum's Fallout Roleplay experience, whether it's by designing engaging events, creating interesting storylines, or collaborating with other staff members to bring the server to life.

Describe for us how you would handle a negative encounter with a player who reported a RDM but was in fact the one RDMing. (in detail)
It's crucial to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when addressing the issue. Approach the offender respectfully and ask them to stop the RDM behavior immediately. Provide a clear explanation of why their actions are not allowed on the server. Depending on the server's rules and guidelines, various punishments may be implemented for repeat offenders or severe cases of RDM. These could include temporary or permanent bans, kicking the offender from the server, or restricting certain privileges. Ensure that the punishment is proportionate to the offense and consistent with the server's policies.
